Haagse Golfvereniging Leeuwenbergh is a mature golf park with 18 holes, located in The Hague. The Golf Course is characterised by being a friendly welcoming atmosphere in which cooperation, a sense of responsibility and humour are core values. We strive to make golf not just a sport, but also an experience.
Our team of greenkeepers are responsible for the maintenance of the golf playing surfaces and the surrounding land. We are equipped with a large stock of machines and other tools to ensure most maintenance can be carried out in house. Our team of greenkeepers thinks ahead about working with non-chemical maintenance techniques, and is passionate about the continuous improvement of Leeuwenbergh in the future.
Your Tasks:
 | | Suggest and carry out your own projects to help develop and improve the golf course.
| | | Assist with development of GEO areas around the golf course's land.
| | | Application of fertilisers, and sand topdressing to playing surfaces.
| | | To undertake machine maintenance.
| | | To maintain the current irrigation system.
| | | To undertake mowing of the greens, aprons, fairways and tees.
| | | Daily golf course setup for the day's play.
| | | To maintain the land and nature the golf course occupies.

Our Requirements:
| | Fully experienced and passionate greenkeeper.
| | | A thorough understanding and knowledge of greenkeeping practices and principles.
| | | A desire to help improve a golf course.
| | | A team player, willing to help and share with others.
|
Our working hours:
| | Weekday hours 6:30 - 15:30, with rostered weekend - greens mowing, from April to October.
|
Your salary:
| | Salary as per Golf CAO.
